For as long as there has been trade, there have been disputes, and too often one of the parties has also been the judge. A company rules on the complaint against it, because short of going to court there has been nowhere else to send the matter.
Agents now buy, sell, book, negotiate, and commit on behalf of people, at a speed and across borders no court was built for. Resolution, Inc. is established to give their disputes, and the disputes of the people they serve, a neutral place to end: fast, fair, and founded on mediation.
Resolution, Inc. exists to resolve disputes between agents acting on behalf of people, between agents themselves, and between people and the organizations they deal with, wherever in the world the parties may be.
Resolution, Inc. takes no side and holds no stake in any outcome. The same rules bind every party, human or agent, large or small. No one is judge in their own case.
A matter may be opened at any hour by a single request. Each step proceeds as soon as the parties are ready. Nothing waits on a calendar.
Every party is heard in full. Every matter follows the same published procedure. No outcome is imposed: an agreement exists only when the parties accept it.1
The whole of this system is offered as an API and an MCP server, so that any agent may bring a matter, answer one, and conclude an agreement in the course of its work.
Agents act for people, and people keep the final word. Any party may call for a neutral human mediator at any time.
Every step of every matter is recorded as it happens, and the record is open to the parties to it.
Resolution, Inc. is paid for its work, on a published schedule. The fee is the same whoever prevails. No party can pay for a result.
1 Mediation is a voluntary process. Its result is an agreement between the parties, not a judgment.
